LEGAL / PURCHASE PROCESS

Panorama Hill Club attaches great importance to customer safety with regards to the purchase process from the signing of the reservation contract to the transfer of title deeds upon completion.

When buying property abroad many unexpected events can notoriously occur. VOGT LAW is Norwegian owned and are committed to ensure the complete process to the utmost on behalf of the customer, sales company and developer company.

The following legal services are included in the purchase price:

• Negotiations with the buyer and the buyer's lawyer

• Documentation facing buyer's lawyer

• Negotiation and signing of reservation contract

• Control and receipt of reservation amount

• Negotiation and signing of purchase agreement

• Control and receipt of deposit regarding purchase contract

• Communication with mortgage bank and its attorney

• Communication with the Notary and preparation of Title Deed

• Coordination of closing

• Final accounting and settlement.

 

Purchase Process

• EUR 6,000€ deposit upon signing the reservation agreement

• 30% of the aggregate purchase price upon signing the purchase contract. All amounts are fully insured in accordance with Spanish law and managed by Vogt Advokatfirma Lawfirm S.L. until construction starts

• 70% on completion of the project

• Up to 100% mortgage offered by Santander on completion

• Alternatively, DNB Luxembourg up to 70% financing on completion (only offered to Norwegian clients)
